In this case, there is every need to come up with an appropriate approach for managing the disease. A quantitative research design will be adopted across the study. This will entail the mobilization of diverse statistical and numerical data concerning the topic on management of congestive heart failure.

This research study is very appropriate in bridging the gap in knowledge concerning the management of congestive heart failure. As it has been observed, there is a high gap in the management of the disease thus calling for further study. Since this study will empirically evaluate the underlying factors associated with hear disease, it is considered as giving future studies on the same topic more light. The major strength of conducting this study is based o0n the assumption that, management of heart failure has been identified by various literatures as being associated with physical exercise. In this regard, the methodical part of this paper will not only help to identify how physical exercise is associated with heart failure, but also overall body fitness. Based on these aspects, the study stands to be very important in bridging the gap in knowledge (Geoppinge and Fitzpatrick, 2000).

With this in mind, the study stands to be highly significance in addressing health and medical needs of the community (Kazer, 2006).

Methodology
By considering the relevance and worth of the research study, a comprehensive research study will be undertaken. In this case, an integrated methodology for collecting and analyzing data will be adopted. It is worth noting that the study will primarily dwell on secondary data. This will entail mobilization of data from various researchers and scholars in the field of medical health. In order to ensure relevance of the collected data, only resources concerning nursing and medical issues will be consulted. On the other hand, conscious will be put to ensure that the resources address the management of congestive heart failure thus boosting relevance of the collected data (Lundy and Janes, 2009). The research design will be primarily quantitative in nature. Based on the nature of the research topic which , a quantitative research design will be adopted. In this case, adequate numerical and statistical data concerning the management of congestive heart failure will be established.

However, this study will be limited to small number of participants due financial strains and time limitation during this study. With small number of participants, it is quite clear that validity of the results that will be acquired will be limited. However, this weakness of this study will be delimited by involving divert in terms of participation, where the participants will be chosen on random basis with much consideration on gender and age.

Congestive heart failure (CHF) can be described as a state in which the heart acts as a pump in the event of deficient oxygen in the blood. Some of the key symptoms of CHF include fatigue, shortness of breath, diminished exercise capacity and swelling. Some of the key diagnosis of the disease includes laboratory tests, careful physical examination, and existing knowledge on the patients medical history. The National Collaborating Centre for Acute and Chronic Conditions has provided admirable management approaches for CHF (Lundy and Janes, 2009).

In response to CHF, various management strategies have been established. As noted by Garad (2007), CHF is a progressive disease which can be efficiently managed. This will call for a change of the drugs or the increase of dosage to counter the conditions. Adoption of a healthier lifestyle is also important for ensuring effective management of the conditions.
