This has resulted in crippling of law enforcement as justice is not normally served. Crime scenes have been destroyed or altered giving the investigators a difficult time. In order to prove cases as proposed, the prosecutor is required by law to convince the court using appropriate evidence. Law enforcers need to develop technologies that will aid them in getting these proofs.
